You are here Parents Starting School School Uniform

April 2018: The BOM has changed the colour of the school tracksuit bottom to navy as it is difficult to get maroon coloured tracksuit bottoms. Navy tracksuit bottoms are available from all the big retail outlets and supermarket stores.

Maroon/wine colour jumper/cardigan and grey skirt/pinafore/trousers and maroon/wine colour tie, blue shirt/blouse, grey socks, tracksuits (maroon top, navy bottoms) on PE days, indoor slippers. The BOM insists on the wearing of school uniform.

All classrooms, support rooms and the assembly hall are carpeted for both comfort and noise reduction. Pupils from First Class to Sixth Class change their shoes to plimsolls when they come inside. However, this does not apply to pupils in infants.   They wear the same shoes for inside and outside.

School uniforms can be purchased from Ken Rothwell, Market Square (053) 93 77403 or from   many of the larger retail stores and these are perfectly suitable.

To reduce costs and in line with Department of Education and Skills guidelines there is no crest on any part of our school uniform.
